Overview
I value the commitment my clients make to their healing journey, and I dedicate time and energy to preparing for each session. To ensure fairness and honor the energetic exchange, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply:
1:1 Sessions (Transformational Healing Sessions)
If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate you.r refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one full business day before your session.
Example: A Monday appointment must be canceled by Friday at the latest to avoid fees.
Cancellations with less than one business day’s notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee.
Group Events
Group Sessions & Events (The Sacred Heart Healing Circle, Lunar Akashic Journeys, Cold Plunge Experiences, etc.)
If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your spot to another person or use the credit for a future event within 60 days (when applicable).
No refunds or credits for missed group events.
Processing Fees for Cancellations
Processing fees vary by payment method and will be clearly communicated at the time of refund.
If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued minus the non-refundable processing fee (which covers transaction costs).
Programs (Journey to the Heart, Unlocking the Light Within, & Couples Edition)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
- Due to the deep nature of these transformational programs, no refunds are offered once the program begins.
- If you choose to discontinue the program, any remaining payments are still due.
- If an emergency arises that impacts your ability to continue, please reach out, and we can discuss options for pausing or modifying your program.
Retreats (AwakeIN Costa Rica & Mini Retreats)
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another retreat if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
If an emergency prevents you from attending, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
Payment Plan Agreements
If you are on a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed regardless of session attendance.
If you have concerns about your ability to meet a payment deadline, please contact me at least 7 days in advance to discuss potential options.
Illness & Emergency Policy
If you are feeling unwell, I encourage you to honor your body and reschedule as needed. Virtual sessions may also be an option.
True emergencies will always be handled with understanding, and I am happy to work with you to reschedule.
By booking a session, program, or retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
